Executive Summary
Wayne is an entrepreneur, business attorney, and business strategist. He started his first venture around his kitchen table with a $250.00 retainer which he turned into more than a million dollars in annual revenue in roughly 30 months. He then joined forces with several partners in creating one of the largest legal conglomerates in the country, which at its apex, had annual revenues of over 80 million dollars and 20 branches. During his legal career, Wayne represented some of the most prestigious corporations in the world, including Office Depot, AT&T, Hilton Hotels Corporation, American Express, and Shell Oil Company.
From the outset, Wayne used his influence as a prominent attorney and businessman to create or support purpose-centered organizations. This began with creating educational scholarships for minority students, providing legal and business internships through his firms, giving to legal entities that support the poor, and ultimately founding the Oasis Compassion Agency, with Sharon. For roughly two decades, Oasis has helped thousands of families restore their dignity by providing them with food, clothing, counseling, job training, and resources required to triumph over adversity.
Wayne continues this legacy by teaching, mentoring. and coaching others on how to create and launch purpose-centered businesses and organizations. He’s been a speaker for companies such as Office Depot, Sprint, and Ford Motor Credit as well as several universities, business associations, nonprofits, and churches.
He’s published several books, including “This Business of Supplier Diversity,” and “The Runner,” a Christian, legal thriller. He’s also written Continuing Legal Education materials for the National Business Institute. His latest eBook is an Amazon Bestseller, entitled "God Help Me: I'm Stressed!"
